GYM MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships include a one-time $20 processing fee per individual for 24/7 access.

Drop In (Day Pass)
$10

Student
$50/month + tax
  • Ages 10-17, or up until age 22 if enrolled in college.
Individual
$70/month + tax
Family
$130/month + tax
  • Up to four individuals per family, each additional is $30/individual.

10-WEEK PROGRAMS

Upfront and three-month payment options available.

Youth Group Training Program
$250/kid + tax
  • Ten weeks of in-person, one-hour classes
  • Grades entering 5th-7th @ 7:30-8:30 AM on M/W
  • Grades entering 8th-12th @ 7:30-8:30 AM on T/TH
  • Boys & girls will train at the same time, but will be in separate groups during the program.
Adult Group Training Program
$450/adult + tax
  • Ten weeks of in-person, one-hour classes
  • Five classes a week, Monday-Friday
  • Three program times (5:45 AM, 12:30 PM, and 5:15 PM)
  • Progress tracking sessions to ensure progress
  • Custom nutrition based on personal survey

LIFT WITH LINDSAY

Pop-up strength and conditioning classes on Saturdays.
